Mike Walden Review Author of acne no more program- On the occurrence of the disease involved four main factors:

1 keratinization disorder of cells in the hair follicle and hair follicle blockage
2 Increased sebum productions subject to male sex hormones - androgens
 3 overgrowths of bacteria
 4 inflammations

Sebaceous gland produces an oily compound, sebum, which is normally excreted in the follicle opening on the skin surface. For acne interfering keratinization of the follicle at the top, so the cells lining the follicle peel off too quickly and aggregating.
Accumulated cells clog the outlet follicle sebum and thus accumulate inside the follicle. Under the influence of hormones (androgens) much sebum is produced, and thus its contents in the follicle increase. A mixture of sebum and cells results in clogged follicles to the growth of bacteria that normally live on the skin, called Propionibacterium acnes.

These bacteria then cause inflammation. After some time already clogged follicles not keep its contents and breaks. Sebum, shed skin cells and bacteria to reach the surface of the skin and surrounding skin. Bearings or ulcers are formed as a result of skin irritation.

People with acne often have a variety of lesions. Furthermore, the skin is papules, pustules to conglobate. Some of them are shown in FIGS.
